Thanks advance Auto. No wonder why y'all call Advance Auto when everyone else fail me AutoZone, Napa ,O'Reilly's. Alex at this Advance location was very knowledgeable of the spark plug socket I needed for my BMW X3 to get me back up and running when I thought it was the end of my car..

Advance Auto on debbie in Mansfield is the best auto parts store in Mansfield, just took me a while to figure that out.. I went there a month ago when my normal goto (autozone) was out of what I needed. Today, Alex helped me at advance and had the best attitude and went above and beyond just like my first visit. I will be bringing all of my business to this store. Excellent customer servce. Excellent management. No wait. Every employee greets you when you walk in. (Unheard of these days.) They are cheaper than the other parts stores in Mansfield with excellent coupons. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Advance Auto on Debbie ln in Mansfield.

Terri is one of the best employees and nicest, most helpful people I've ever met. Not only did she help troubleshoot my problems for my car, she advised me a better route to go, and even asked for an additional opinion by calling her mechanic husband and having him talk with me and watch videos to help troubleshoot further. She denied selling me things that would end up being a waste of money, and provided solutions that would help diagnose the problems. Seriously, I really appreciate you and your husband Terri, you've both been great help, and I'm glad I stopped by your store instead of the other options I had.
