  EL PEOR SERVICIO DE MI VIDA ! Hemos venido a este subway hace meses, rotan mucho al personal, pero hay una señora latina, que siempre ha estado no me sé el nombre, pero es bastante mala su atención, atiende muy mal a las personas, hace malas caras, no le gusta tener que atender a la gente, siempre pone al que esté ahí a atender, siempre tiene el cabello por toda su cara, los moscos encima de los vegetales uno le dice y al parecer no le importa, discute con los clientes, de verdad que es pésima su presentación personal para estar sirviendo alimentos y es pésima su atención al público, apesar de que lleva mucho tiempo ahí, no se sabe los menús y se molesta cuando uno le dice que quiere. No había dejado un mal review porque ok todos tenemos malos días, pero oh my god esta señora en los 4 meses que he venido siempre es igual. Nos encanta subway pero dejaremos de venir por todo lo anterior. We have been coming to this Subway for months. The staff changes very often, but there is a Latina lady who has always been there. I don’t know her name, but her customer service is honestly very poor. She treats people badly, makes rude facial expressions, and seems like she does not want to help customers. She always tries to have whoever is working with her take care of customers instead. Her hair is always all over her face while she is handling food, and there have been flies around the vegetables. When customers mention it to her, she does not seem to care. She argues with customers, and her personal presentation is honestly not appropriate for someone serving food. Her customer service is also very disappointing. Even though she has worked there for a long time, she still does not seem to know the menu well and gets upset when customers explain what they want. I had not left a bad review before because I understand everyone can have bad days, but oh my God, during the 4 months I have been coming here, her attitude has been the same every single time.

  I had called the store due to an issue with online ordering and the singular lady working on the morning of June 19 (Fri) was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful! She had my sub done quickly and with pick up, she made sure I was taken care of! Bless her and amazing lady!

  Went into today after a stressful work day asked for a six in all American the worker didn’t even know what it was. Looked at me like I was stupid. Had to explain it after he didn’t even know what kind bread I asked after that he grabbed a piece of bread that looked stale and too small I asked kindly if I could get another piece of bread and he said “ what do you mean”. I usually come here but after today I will not. I’m hungry and being looked at like I’m stupid for wanting what I asked for is crazy.
