  Poor customer service I tried to switch two lines and they charge me 176$ and bc the transfer pin was wrong they only refunded me 54$ from the activation fee the I never used the service the numbers where never transfer to cricket.DONT GO TO THAT STORE THEY STOLE MY MONEY I will never try to switch to cricket again
