  I will not be going back to this store First off needed buy a couple of things. Walk in don’t see anybody there found what I needed and headed to check out. Placed my 3 items on the counter glancing over I see the “clerk” who is wearing ear pods and paying no attention to me, finally way longer than it should have taken him to recognize me standing there,walks over to the counter wrings up my items and never spoke a word to me. So I can see that he is definitely distracted with Facebook a call or something because his phone was way more important than his customers. I had to remind him of my phone number for the account and ask for a bag. Never once did he speak to me. I politely thanked him for great customer service skills and walked out I would drive out of my way to avoid this store. I am not expecting a full blown conversation but when I and others are the reason in which you are there at least have the decency to speak to your customers. I get it everyone has a bad day and I do as well But, if you dislike your job that much then maybe it’s time for a change. Do not recommend this business

  It said they test starters and alt.so took my 2 parts fir test only to be told they don't do any testing the 2 girls are lazy and only wanted to work on one of there cars out front. So to lazy to help customers nit nit to lazy to work in there personal vehicle Charging & Starting System Testing We’ll test batteries, starters and alternators to make sure any vehicle is starting and charging for even the longest trips. We can perform these test on or off your vehicle. This is a free service for all customers.

  I wont go to this store anymore after a few experiences I had with the employees they don't leave a good impression the girl who helped me out named Stephanie a girl with sunglasses I needed some help to get some windshield wipers and install them but she was not to happy to help us out after we asked if she could install it even though it says outside free installation. We tried asking her in a good manner but she started raising her voice and got upset not wanting to do the installation so we tried asking the manager if we could get someone else to help us out we had no rush and the manager Denise the girl with long nails was not very kind either she told us that it wasn't their job to install everybody's wipers if they didn't want to. I really wouldn't recommend going to this store after such bad experiences.
