  Went to subway around 8:20pm with my family. Upon walking in they stated that the toaster was broken. Okay, cool no worries! My kiddo orders his sandwich, no problems. I order mine and they said they were out of pickles…. Okay… again.. No worries. Then I asked for MUSTARD and mayo. The worker proceeded to put honey mustard on my sandwich. When I told her I asked for mustard the worker had an attitude and said “yeah, we are out of mustard so I gave you honey mustard”. I said it was not the same thing and that I no longer wanted a sandwich to which she proceeded to have an attitude. We paid for my son’s sandwich and left. Always have issues at this location.

  I have been in malakoff for a week for work and out of everything I’ve tried here this has been the only thing that is good to eat in malakoff Tx I got a chicken bacon ranch sub and it is great. The service is great and the employees are friendly and work great under pressure and pay attention to detail making sure your sandwich is cut and not stuck to the paper. Honestly one of the top 3 subways I’ve been to for sure thank yall for the pleasant experience and subway give your employees a raise at this location there doing great.

  This is the absolutely worst Subway location in Texas. They never have ingredients, they refuse to give refunds when they cannot make your order, and if you go after dark it is so unsafe I won't allow my adult children to pick my order up because it is so unsafe. I would rather drive to Athens, where they don't even acknowledge you at the drive thru, than go to the location across the street from my house in Malakoff.

  Fantastic hidden gem. Great Happy employees. Employees who do the whole job, yes cleaning. The place is Clean, even the microwave. And even the thing I hate most, was clean, the vents & soda area. Only 2 things needed attention, there was no sweet tea and the soda nozzle was partially missing and sprayed you with cherry Pepsi.

  I called in an order for pickup and Dylan was there. He was doing his best to get everyone taken care of in a timely manner. When he finally got to my family’s order, he found the store was out of a lot of items but we made it work. He was absolutely amazing and helped in the best way he knew how!! Amazing worker and person!!! Please keep him!
