  Ordered online and showed up at pickup time based on app. One employee working. Order had not been started and said inside customers were priority over online orders. Unable to cancel order via app. This Subway is poorly managed and frequenty out of ingredients, but is the only choice locally. So, when the employee finally cleared out the inside customers 20 minutes after I arrived, the store was out of ham, pepperoni, soft drinks, and other items. I did get a refund.

  Kai is absolutely AMAZING! This location was out of a few items, and instead of making the sandwiches and not saying anything she made me aware of it then made our sandwiches. Sweet girl, I appreciate the honesty it's not often you find that quality in a young person in fast food. Thanks Kai, you made my day!

  Went to subway around 8:20pm with my family. Upon walking in they stated that the toaster was broken. Okay, cool no worries! My kiddo orders his sandwich, no problems. I order mine and they said they were out of pickles…. Okay… again.. No worries. Then I asked for MUSTARD and mayo. The worker proceeded to put honey mustard on my sandwich. When I told her I asked for mustard the worker had an attitude and said “yeah, we are out of mustard so I gave you honey mustard”. I said it was not the same thing and that I no longer wanted a sandwich to which she proceeded to have an attitude. We paid for my son’s sandwich and left. Always have issues at this location.

  I have been in malakoff for a week for work and out of everything I’ve tried here this has been the only thing that is good to eat in malakoff Tx I got a chicken bacon ranch sub and it is great. The service is great and the employees are friendly and work great under pressure and pay attention to detail making sure your sandwich is cut and not stuck to the paper. Honestly one of the top 3 subways I’ve been to for sure thank yall for the pleasant experience and subway give your employees a raise at this location there doing great.

  This is the absolutely worst Subway location in Texas. They never have ingredients, they refuse to give refunds when they cannot make your order, and if you go after dark it is so unsafe I won't allow my adult children to pick my order up because it is so unsafe. I would rather drive to Athens, where they don't even acknowledge you at the drive thru, than go to the location across the street from my house in Malakoff.
