Place an order over the phone, once I arrived the screen showed that my order was ready. When I asked about my order they told me they haven't even started on it. The individual working the counter look like he didn't know what he was doing.

The problem with this place is they just want your money. They won't tell you the order will take an hour and a half to be ready so you can choose to eat somewhere else instead. They'll still just quote 20 minutes then you're stuck waiting a LONG TIME for it. They also have a screen that tells you your order is ready. It never is. Then your name disappears from the list but no one confirms that they still have your order in line to be made anywhere. Some lady came in furious that her order was taking so long (her husband waited first but he couldn't wait any longer so she came and waited more), checked her order on the counter in front of everyone (a lot of people waiting for their food) and of course, it was wrong. She yelled at the same cashier that told her it would only take 20 minutes then the cashier started crying. Other customers told the cashier it was ok and she handled the rude customer well. Well in my opinion no she didn't. You don't want to cry, don't tell people their order will be ready in 20 minutes when you know it's going to be an hour and a half and wrong at that.

I ordered my food at 6:45 pm. I was quoted 9-13 min online. My husband arrived at the restaurant after getting groceries at 7:05. The screen said our order was ready as well as all the other orders were ready. There was a full restaurant waiting for food even though the screen said all orders were ready. My husband waited another 30 minutes with the worker telling him things would be ready “real soon”. After 30 minutes, my husband needed to get our groceries home so he called me and I told him I would head up there. I live 20 minutes away. I called the store and told them I would be there for my food shortly and expect that it be done when I get there. I let them know how upset I was and that this wasn’t okay. The worker told me that if I could see how busy they are, I’d understand. No. I can understand a few minutes late, but not almost an hour after ordering. She was very rude. When I got there, I asked for my food. It was wrong (6 Bone in wings instead of boneless and there were no veggie sticks). I demanded to see a manager. The manager came up in a hoodie with her hood on. She asked if I wanted her to comp it or make it again. I told her it was my daughter’s dinner and I expected to bring her food home. They made a new order. By the time I got home, it was 8:00. Ridiculous considering the order was made at 6:45. I will never be back.

Went to pickup an order for a delivery service. The order showed ready on their board in the store. It was not. Then disappeared from the board before I got the order. I asked if the drinks were in the bag. No, they forgot the drinks then handed me empty cups. I asked them if they were going to fill the cups and add the to-go "not tampered with" stickers. They got attitudes and held up the roll of stickers suggesting i do it myself. Im not a health code expert, but I don't think non-employees should be preparing food for customers. Also, no need for the attitudes.

Lord where do I start. I ordered my food 20 minutes prior to my arrival (the app said they would be ready in 12 minutes). Showed up and the workers were all just walking around not even acknowledging the customers. The tv they had to display the progress on the orders is basically just there for decoration. It said my order was fulfilled BUT I ended up waiting 45 minutes for a 8 pc meal.
