  Not sure why, but the past 4 or 5 times I’ve been to this location, their soda machine is down, or they don’t have cups to give yet they offer no sort of refund, coupons, or anything. Other than that, the location is fine and employees are friendly. However, charging customers for drinks and then not providing drinks, or offering a partial refund is beginning to get annoying when it’s been a consistent issue for the past few months now.

  The absolute worst wing stop ever, the food is horrible. They had issues with their equipment and were blaming their neighbors. The manager (a bit on the heavy side) there is the worst of them all. The worst attitude ever, she literally is constantly on her phone, leaves when they are busy and sits at their neighbors patio vaping while her team is struggling. So unprofessional. Not worth the trip here. I’d rather make the drive to The Woodlands and go to Plucker’s. THEY ARE SO MUCH BETTER!

  Bro, behind the counter handling everyone’s food, bear hand scratched his whole butt … in the underwear, digging for gold….and then was handling food. No glove didn’t even wash after scratching. Manager remade the food, but didn’t even give me a refund kind of messed up

  Literally watched an employee mid making food scratch his bare butt with his hand and look at me, and not wash it. I got the manager and told them about it but no refund was offered. I for sure told the whole lobby because that’s DISGUSTING!!!

  I ordered from this location and I regret it , my mango habanero were almost dry and the boneless wings were super small bite sized also they were kinda hard
