  The manager at this store (red hair) is not helpful. I brought an Amazon return and he told me it had to be customer packed. I asked him what that meant and he said it had to be in a box. I said it’s already in a box, and he said it had to be in a different box. So I went home and put it in a different box and when I came back, he said there couldn’t be anything on the box. Took me three times and the third time I went to a different UPS - not going back to this one. I’ve also watched him take his sweet time at putting paperwork in a binder while people are 4 deep in line. He needs to be more specific and kind when HELPING customers and less matter-of-fact.

  Worst customer service and communication skills I have ever witnessed. Long time customer but that will change. There are too many other options in Magnolia.

  Walked in to the store with the manager, Brian Pilsco working alone. The place was filling up as people were coming in and as quickly as it was filling up, he was working to assist each customer! Great customer service!!!!

  Speed, friendliness, professionalism. These guys are like octopus in here. Ringing up the cash registers, helping people tape boxes appropriately, helping me find the Amazon return code on my phone, you name it. I always come to this shipping store because the employees are so amazing!

  I go to this UPS store at 6606 FM 1488 Suite 148 in Magnolia, next to Kroger. Every time I am there, and especially when I have any kind of issue, the manager Brian is the absolute best. He is a great manager and because of him, I go to no other UPS. This is the best UPS store around. Look no further. Brian will treat you like family. Thank You for all your help Brian
