They just switched to kiosk for some reason. They refused to take our order in person. Just be aware to check your order. None of our sandwiches were right. Oh but you get a free cookie even though your food isn’t right so that’s sweet😝
(Pretty sure they use the kiosk to do some more over pricing so don’t press the extra button like we did $60 later for 3 sandwiches)

I hadn't been to a Subway in quite some time and upon returning today, I went to the Subway in Magnolia off FM1488 and had the absolute pleasure of being served by a beautiful young lady named Hailey.
Hailey had a very warm and welcoming spirit. She served us with a huge smile and was extremely pleasant.
Great customer service like this is what's lacking in this industry.

I go into get a sub, the whole purpose of Subway was to order in front of a person while they make the sub. You walk in and they want you to order on a tablet. I started, got frustrated and just left. It takes longer, a complete waste of time when I can just tell the person what I want, why make me waste all this time customizing a sub on a screen when they literally do it right in front of you. I will never be back.
