  Mary was fantastic. I was in a pretty foul mood bc Allstate was giving me payment issues and they switched me off auto pay. I was about ready to just start looking for other providers, but she handled everything, corrected the billing mistake issue and adjusted the policy as I wanted. I came into the call pretty irate, but at the end it was actually pleasant. Customer service 101 professor for sure, lol. Hopefully they're this pleasant and helpful if I ever actually have to file a claim.

  For the past 5 months I've had some problems with a balance I had received because I canceled my auto insurance policy with Allstate. I didn't believe I owed the balance but I couldn't get any help with the online company who had my policy. I became frustrated and went into the local Bryan office. Everyone I spoke to there, told me I didn't owe the balance and tried helping me. Even the loan servicing department. A ticket was issued to correct the error. And for about a month I didn't hear anything from anyone. I thought the problem was resolved. Unfortunately, it wasn't. This time the amount was put on my credit report. I called my online Allstate company and gave them the ticket #. I was told it was no good. I still owed the amount. I called the loan servicing department but couldn't get the person I originally spoke to. So I went back to the local Bryan office. And spoke to an agent who had previously helped me. She said she would check into it for me. I left but returned within 10 days. But when I returned the agent who had previously helped me was out of the office. This time I met Sarah Ernst. She asked if she could help. I told her my situation and the circumstances surrounding it. She told me to come to her office and she would check into it. As she looked at my old auto account she began to explain to me what had happened. I did indeed owe the balance.. As Sarah explained everything and showed it to me, it all made sense! I never had a problem paying the balance if I owed it. Until now, no one was able to explain to me what happened and why there was a balance. Sarah was sweet! And very understanding! She answered all my questions and explained everything to me. As she spoke I could see my error and why I thought I didn't owe the balance. She even helped me transfer my mortgage insurance to their office as I didn't have an agent. Sarah helped me to renew my faith in Allstate! I was preparing to move my mortgage insurance as well. I've used Allstate in the past for numerous years. And I've never had a problem with them until now. But because of Sarah, I think I'm going to stay. One thing I love about this office is that, no matter how many times I showed up. Someone was willing to hear and help me! It didn't matter that I wasn't one of their customers. They still sat with me and heard me out!! And for me, that carries a lot of weight! Yes, I'm staying! And I'm going to try bundling again! And that's because of everyone at this office!! But especially because of Sarah Ernst!!
