  I ordered via Door dash, arrived buns not toasted, Philly steak looked like hamburger and it was barely warm. Meatball sandwich also not toasted and barely warm. Took driver about 4 minutes to deliver once picked up, so obviously the Lytle , Texas subway is not under good management as this is the 1st time I have received an order this messed up. I called to let them know and was hung up on. DINERS BEWARE!!!

  put an order online and wasn't ready by the time I needed it. I had to comeback to work because it wasn't done

  The hours online says nine in the morning that they are operating to start. I get there to make an order for the 10 AM lunch and it’s now stating 10 AM is the new hours. I get there at 10:06 and they’re still closed cashier‘s not even finish counting her money you’re telling me you were in there and you did it start counting or start anything for the operating time you are supposedly starting where is the manager at this point?

  Disappointed on my recent visit, had a special request and per employee Josh he was unable to fulfill, sounded more like he just WOULD NOT, as any other time I haven't had any issues.
