Scammed. No loyalty to customers or their products. That's my experience. I've been a Cricket customer for 5 yrs. I bought 2 Motorola E5 Supra phones on July 26. I had issues with one of them the very next day. I went into store 2 times with same issue, then they tell me to call customer service and they didn't fix issue, they referred me to Motorola. I decided to exchange the phone, so on Aug 2, I went back to store to return the phone and they tell me " sorry, yesterday was your 7th day, no refund or exchange after the 7th day". I asked to speak to mgr but she was out, the gal asked me to leave my number so mgr could call me when she returns. She never called. I learned that the staff not once mentioned I had 7 days to return my phone, I learned that I had 3 days til my 90th day on previous phone to qualify for upgrade but staff didn't mention that either. Overall, just felt scammed. I now have a defective $250 phone not even 14 days old and Cricket could care less. Smh.
