    The lady who works in the mornings is awesome. She had a line of people and a few of what looked like online orders she was trying to get out. A women was extremely rude to her which I have seen happen to them many times here sadly. I want to say I will ONLY eat at this store. She always has a good attitude even when people are being rude. NO ONE should get talked to the way they do and I hope people who read this understand that yelling at someone or calling them names doesn't make them move faster.

    This is the best of the three subways in Lumberton! Walmart subway has horrible customer service. The subway by Burger King and all that doesn't make my sub correctly. The Subway on main street is AMAZING! Friendly people who greet you and do not act like you are a bother to them. They make amazing subs too!

    The lady who brought my food to the window was completely and totally rude. She told me I was “way too early” to pick up my food. Mind you I was just next door when I placed the order and had no problem waiting because I knew I was early. First Lady had come to the window and I told her I was picking up an order and she told me that they were working on it. I said ok and continued to wait. Which again was totally ok because I knew I was early. That’s when the Second Lady handed me my order and bitched me out for being early. I told her I knew I was early so I was just waiting. And she continued to chastise me for coming early and that they had just had a big order that they were finishing before mine. I told her that I get that but there’s no reason I couldn’t come and wait. She was like oh I’m not being rude about it and I said yes actually you are. And she slammed the drive thru window closed. Completely and totally inappropriate behavior start to finish. If you are the owner or manager of this location you need to have a serious conversation about customer service with your staff member. Unbelievable.
