  I found an insect on my lettuce. I understand, things happen. I wasn't upset. I quietly asked for a new sandwich, showing him the bug on my finger. They employee said I had eaten too much to qualify for new sandwich. I started laughing... I will never forget that interaction. I have never been back and I avoid other Subways when possible. They lost a lifetime customer of $3 dollars in bread, meat, and cheese. You cannot fix stupid.

  3 Kids under age 11 to 8 years in kitchen area. Infant in carrier crying in kitchen area. 2 females not in Subway clothes coming out of kitchen in shorts with preteen kids, another comes out in rather short pants. But infant still in kitchen area opon our leaving. SUBWAY DAYCARE : Now open for business.. No professional in anyway.. BUT HEY GREAT SANDWICHES..

  What can I say, did a online order.... Went to go pick it up and I guess they decided to close the store early.... No sign or anything... Still had a hour they were supposed to be open for.... Just wow
