  Asked for a water cup couldn’t get one when she clearly had several cups in front of her I just don’t understand customer service these days when some one asks you for a cup you give them a cup not give them some lame excuse

  Presented the cashier with a $50 bill and was told they can't accept this bill, only $20 and below. No signs posted anywhere. Being I worked for a financial institution for over 20 yrs this blows my mind. The gentleman was nice but claimed per policy, the manager said no. Please understand that pens and security features and teaching staff on signed of counterfeit can be trained and your bank will accept $50's. It was also mind blowing to see 4-5 employees behind the counter and only the 2 gentleman actually working. One female employee walking around eating a cookie while both of the tea canisters were completely empty at 2:30pm.

  I believe this maybe the best subway I have ever been to. The employees are very prompt and cheerful. It takes a lot to get 5 stars out of me. Congratulations Walmart Subway. You earned it.
