  I spoke with Stephanie on the phone, she was really rude and said she was buying the last iPhone 17 pro max and I couldn’t buy it so I would have to wait until Monday. She gave me a lot of attitude, and asked what I want when she answered the phone. I’ve been with cricket for 5 years and I’ve never had any issues at this location until now. Im very disappointed and she needs to get fired!

  They are a good company with local access, affordability, in spite of using AT&T towers. Their online customer service, however, is a different story. After having app long in issues, the CSR told me I had two upgrades coming. Then she proceeded to give me an unsolicited, long-winded definition of a discount, while going completely silent on the other one. Yet, she claimed she did. She then asked me if I tried the website. I told her it wasn't worth it. I'll browse the products later. Weird.
