  I called the order in. It wasn't ready when I arrived. Not an issue. I requested my military discount. The guy that I paid requested a manager to apply it. The manager refused. Another, I assume, assistant manager finally came to give it to me. It used to be 10%. It was 75 cents on a $14 bill. The guy that took my money pulled the cup from the top and had his hand inside the cup. I had to ask someone else for another cup. The other issue was they sat my bag on the counter. I opened it and checked my fries. Of course, the fries were cold. They asked if I wanted fresh fries. Why was that a question? They actually had fresh fries ready. Why would they give me cold ones? I was down the road before I really looked at my wings. It was only one flat in the order. This is the first time I wasn't given equal drums and flats. Overall, not a great experience.

  I've had other area Wingstop and this place is by far the worst! Seems like they have issues reading because they can't follow the online order requests, I've always requested cooked extra and these are still raw! The fries looked like the dumped the whole shaker on them and not even the right seasoning that was requested! And when speaking to the manager, because it's not the first time everything is messed up on the order, manager on duty doesn't sound like she too knows what's going on! Never again!

  🤘Great atmosphere Thanks to Vriceida and Mikayla!🤘 - Both was very knowledgeable of the menu and the online information needed for surveys. - Mikayla was able to assist me with the rewards app and how to claim my points. - Very welcoming staff and they made people feel like just another friend walking in. - This place makes me feel welcome and I hope it does to other.

  I've been here a few times and every time the food and service have been exceptional. Nearly every time I've been in, I've been essentially guided through the menu and my silly questions regarding spice tolerance and flavor profiles never go unanswered. I don't have strong feelings about the atmosphere of the place either way, it's clearly adult-oriented but by no means is it adults-only. They were also very quick to correct a problem with their bathroom facilities when I brought it up. I'm really not sure why I see no many negative reviews on this one as well as wingstop locations all across the state. I was served a hot, fresh meal with some of the most wicked flavor I've ever had on chicken selects! What's there to hate about that?!
