  A cool looking subway completely tanked by the customer service. As others have stated issues with the short brown haired lady with tattoos. We had a new kid helping us which was fine, but she barely helped him, and the one time she did haft to step in was rude. Not to mention the sandwich I ordered required a certain ingredient they were completely out of (and my sandwich was completely made when they decided to tell me after asking about it). She must either own the place or know the owner because judging by the reviews she should have been gone a long time ago.

  thank you guys for always being nice and making my sandwich perfectly every time. yall have never done me dirty and i appreciate that so much. this subway is far superior to the subway inside loves

  Food was decent. It’s not awesome but edible. However, the customer service is why this review is so low, and likely why they have a 3.6 star rating. The short brown haired lady with the tattoos was incredibly rude. We asked for a condiment before she started making the sandwich and she flipped out about the order of ingredients on the sandwich, which I’m sure there is likely a protocol for that. However, if a customer asks for it, just do it and charge them extra! She huffed about every request and bragged about how other subways are much more strict than hers. No. I’ve never had worse service or less agreeableness from any subway. Sad, I generally like their sandwich’s at other locations.

  Worst subway in America. There’s an old cranky woman making the worst sandwiches. You need to fire her and bring someone in who at least cares a little. For the record, it’s not company policy to start with the sauces. You’re out of your mind!
