  I was very disappointed today. I go to this location frequently. The staff is normally great and the girl that cashed me out was very sweet and kind. However, the other girl Ty seemed to be predudace because I was white. She made my sandwich but did not acknowledge me at all, wouldn't look at me, wouldn't talk to me, I had to tell her my order, she acted like she was annoyed by me asking her for white toasted bread, she threw the sandwich together like she was mad. I was nice to her and the nicer I was the ruder she acted, she never spoke to me but her actions, body language and facial expressions were rude. But the other customers who were black and Hispanic she was a different person, nice, personable and spoke and smiled. Obviously she doesn't like white people and she made it very clear through her behavior. The other girl was very kind I always make sure I tip and thank them for making my dinner. I tipped the cashier, I told her not to split the tip with Ty. I told the cashier why. This is not acceptable at all. I will be contacting corporate office tomorrow. I will not go there again.

  If I could leave a 0 ,I would. I ordered a BMT, overvthe phone while I was in the hospital, my husband went to pick it up ,and he got there as I was still on the phone with the lady, anyways, he picked up my order and when I received it, it wasn't what I ordered, A BMT doesn't have 2 slices of bacon, lettuce, cheese and sauce, smh , I was so aggravated, I picked up the phone and called them and explained to them that my order was. All wrong and my husband would be bringing it back for a refund, soon as my husband got there with the reunion of everything, they denied to refund him, yeah he was mad as anyone would be, plus he explained to them that I was in the hospital just trying to get me something to eat, they showed there butts, threatened to call the cops, saying my daddy owns this place and he won't do nothing about your refund either. Just rude. WE WILL NOT BE BK!!! Hope my 20$ brings this place karma!!!

  Im a door dasher, had a great experience today. Don't remember the gentleman's name but he was attentive and super helpful. Highly recommend this location.
