  This subway has repeatedly underperformed in multiple aspects. I even waited 25 minutes to show up to get my food this time, only to show up and they told me they had no online orders. I then told them I ordered online about 30 minutes ago. I was then told they canceled all the online orders because they are out of bread. I then told her my order did not consist of bread. They told me they did in fact receive my order, but had not even started on it because they were also out of cheese. I’m not sure if it’s the owner or whoever is managing this restaurant, but they are on level that if I stated my true feelings, this review would surely be banned. This place is a joke! 👎👎

  The place sucks!! DoorDashed an order and they said they didn’t have ANY cookies. Why have cookies as an option on doordash if YOU DONT HAVE ANY? Subway ALWAYS has cookies make some if you don’t have any smh. They then made my husband’s HAM AND CHEESE sandwich wrong no pickles or bacon or mayo and instead of putting mayo IN my sandwich they gave me packets wth I also asked for pickles and didn’t get any and the sandwich is advertised as coming with onions but no onions

  Sent my husband to get my order and they said they where out of half the stuff I wanted so I sent him to the one on Frank Street.

  I had a business luncheon and decided to order subway. The sandwich platter was ok but the veggie platter or so I thought I was going to get a veggie platter ended up being put in bowls and a ziplock bag and not even utensils were provided for the veggies!! I was embarrassed to even give these out!! Subway needs to do better!!

  would not recommend. walked in and the worker was just standing there staring as we pulled in. once we all entered (only 3 of us) we were told to hold on as they proceeded to mop, once they decided they no longer wanted to mop they SLOWLY washed their hands went to the register looked at online orders put gloves on came over to take our orders and just looked at us, instead of just saying ok how can i help you. as they proceeded to take all our orders not once were gloves changed. MIND YOU they touched the toaster all our bread and EVERY topping we asked for. our sandwiches while looked toasted were cold as ice and my sandwich was never cut which is better than how my friends were since they used to same knife to cut both their sandwiches. they then proceeded to take other orders and chatted with customers about vapes and pulled one out their pocket which they proceeded to walk around with and throw on the table. they also took chips from the display in front of customers and sat at a table behind us. i don’t even think they were on break and tbh they should’ve been cleaning the sandwich station and restocking because they were missing toppings and it was DIRTY. and they kept staring at us for some reason mind you there were 3 other customers in there besides us and it got to the point it was so uncomfortable we had to leave the premises. ALSO made multiple little comments about being tired, not wanting to be at work, and repeating they needed to mop as customers are sitting inside trying to eat.
