  Halfway through making my sandwich I was informed they didn’t have cheese. I looked down and looked at the tuna and it was dark gray mush. “Is that the tuna?” “Yeah”. “Man, I don’t want anything from that cooler. I’m not eating here.” The guy literally said “no, it just has way too much mayonnaise in it.” - it was as if he was used to it. Wanna get sick? Eat at habib’s subway in Lufkin. Absolute nonsense of an owner who only cares about a quick buck. An embarrassment to the food industry. Guy needs to buy a gas station already.

  Really great service.. Carl and Alejandro were super friendly and provided great service.. Definitely recommend stopping in to this location!

  This location is absolutely horrible! For one the people that work there are literally high or something is wrong with them and took them 30 minutes to literally make my sandwich when there was only one other customer in there with me at the store. whenever I’ve asked them to toast my sandwich they acted like the sandwich toaster was working and didn’t even toast my sandwich. There was a bunch of files flying around my sandwich also and didn’t care. They also keep complaining when a customer would come in or get an online order in front of customers.

  Husband and I ordered through the app ($6 foot long's each). I have never been disappointed until today. We ordered our foot long's toasted and didn't realize that they were not until we were already out of town. Wanted to turn back but we were already 15 miles out.
