  The young girl her name is Brandy at this location was so disrespectful had to repeat everything to her because she wasn’t listening. Here this morning waiting because it’s 10:13 and they are supposed to open at 10 Second guessing myself on the fact I switch to Cricket

  Wow... this was the absolute worst customer experience I've ever had by far. We walked into an empty shop and she seemed really annoyed by our presence from the start when she came to the front. She literally groaned and said "ugh... what do you mean?" when we had the most basic questions. She told us the price on the chart and said we could get an extra $5 off if we paid in advance. My husband pointed out that the chart said that the price already included that discount and she was so annoyed, I had to back him up to get her to read the chart again and see she was wrong. She was working at 5:30 on May 16th if the boss wants to know who it was. She didn't have a nametag. We finally just walked out and decided to try a different location.

  Worst customer service ever. Those two girls are the reason we left their phone service. We were actually happy with our service and just needed wanted to change our plan. They weren't helpful at all. So rude. Should be fired. I know plenty of people who need jobs

  I was super happy with Marisol ☺️ She was super friendly and nice and professional. The only problem I had was the air conditioner wasn’t working. I was uncomfortable the whole time and it was hot 🥵 imagine no air conditioning and the room was super hot. It wasn’t as bad since the person helping was super nice.
