  I received awesome customer service during my visit. The team was friendly, efficient, and had me in and out in no time. It’s clear they take pride in helping customers quickly and professionally. I’ll definitely be repeat customer.

  I have visited here to drop off 2 amazon returns at two different times. On Amazon I always click the option that says “no box or packaging required”. The employee insisted I needed to box it myself or pay them to do so. I thought maybe I did click the option that I have to box up myself. So I returned at a later time with the return boxed up. No problem after that. However the second Amazon return, I made sure of the option and took a screen shot. The employee at the counter insisted I needed to box it up myself or pay them to do so. I showed the screenshot of the option that “no box or packaging is necessary” and he still insisted that I need to box myself or pay them to do so. I’m not sure the misunderstanding or if it’s an attempt at a money grab but I have found an alternative UPS location that accepts my Amazon returns without a box to avoid the hassle here.

  I love the UPS Store, well at least my previous experience at other locations. I've been to this location enough times to identify a pattern... that the desk is run primarily by an unfriendly gentleman who lacks customer service, kindness, or even basic manners. I'm leaving a 3 because I don't feel like being mean today... they shipped my package, and it got to it's destination. But, I was charged for a label they OFFERED to print. They charged me for tape after they offered to tape a box. I'm fine with those things, just tell me in advance. But the feeling I get in this place is far from welcoming.

  I have come multiple Sundays in a row and the guy who is there is rude, has no attention to customer service and clearly does not enjoy his job, I will be getting his name next time to report him and not coming back to this location
