  No problems. Wings sauced good. Cooked just fine. Most people run into problems when the store is overwhelmed with orders. 3rd party apps bottneck restaurants badly. Cut them some slack.

  Wings have no flavor, not spicy, and no sauce. The worst wings I have ever had.

  I ordered a 75 piece wings, paid $90.25 and 20 of my wings were wrong. I called the store from 2 different phones at the same time, and as of right now been on hold for 28 minutes and 30 minutes. My earlier call, after being on hold for 13 minutes, someone picked up the phone and hung it up. I know regardless of how busy they want to say they are/were, having 2 phones on hold and not answering for 30 minutes is unacceptable. Not answering is missing potential business and taking care of customers that have issues with their orders. I've picked this one because the one by HEB is even worse, but at this point I won't be ordering from Wingstop anymore in Lubbock. Ownership or management needs to get this under control. A 3.3 star average review on the business is not an accident, there is a reason why.
