  I order from this place every week ONLY because my son and his friends want it at school when I meet him… The service is consistently terrible… There are usually two girls there when I get there in the morning… I literally think it’s impossible for them to smile or even greet a customer correctly. They act like they would rather be any place in the world except for at this job. And it seems like they have stopped seasoning the fries so now I even specify on the app to put extra seasoning. However, the last time I got fries, it’s like they didn’t put any seasoning at all, and when I went back in to ask them to put seasoning on, there was no apology no eye contact literally nothing… Just shook seasoning on the fries and turned around and walked off… I told my son that this needs to be the last time we get food from there because I cannot stand the customer service or lack thereof… It’s uncomfortable just to pick up an order from them when it seems like you are bothering them.. maybe it’s just this location and the employees… I might have to try a different location even though they are out-of-the-way.. it’s no wonder robots and AI are starting to replace employees… Sad

  No problems. Wings sauced good. Cooked just fine. Most people run into problems when the store is overwhelmed with orders. 3rd party apps bottneck restaurants badly. Cut them some slack.

  Wings have no flavor, not spicy, and no sauce. The worst wings I have ever had.
