  This store hands down is the best place for anything you need from shipping to printing I’ve been in there to have things printed and then was there to have several packages shipped and they have always been extremely helpful and very nice to work with.

  Used to use this branch often due to its convenient location, but no longer. It appears to have changed owners or management. Seems to be staffed entirely by the same borderline fraudulent family now, for the worse. Twice now l've gone inside for Amazon returns, and they try to upsell me on purchasing an additional box or bag on a return that is already packaged by me. Or they try to sneak in some other nonexistent fee on a free return. Presumably trying to catch someone off guard and make a few extra dollars. They use the terms "unsafe", "necessary", etc. to put unnecessary pressure on you to impulse buy. They make it seem as if it is your decision when they are high-pressure for no reason. I find it extremely dishonest, and will go elsewhere for shipping needs. Not like there aren't half a dozen other locations within a mile.
