  The gentleman that helped me today was not so very nice. I've never experienced that before. I've used this ups store before I was returning something from Amazon. I had the label on my phone. I thought it was just gonna be scanned because I've returned stuff before.. He said that there was a $3 fee,that I need to print out the label. I said, that's totally fine. Let's go ahead and as he was proceeding and printing the label , I just said I've never had that happen. I thought they just scan it then, he said, like I said, this is a third party with a load tone and I just picked up my hand like stop. I don't like people to talk to me like that especially with the lobby full of people, I think there's certain way that you can speak to people that will come out nice and polite...

  I had an excellent experience at The UPS Store thanks to Jazlin! She was courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. She greeted me with a terrific smile that made the experience welcoming from the moment I walked in. She answered my questions, handled everything efficiently, and provided outstanding customer service. It's always refreshing to encounter someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers.
