  Ordered the Meal of the Day-$6.99 and a 6 inch Ham $5.49. Total cost was $17.78! When I told him that was wrong, the other 2 people were very rude and told me I didn't know what I talking about. Needless to say, we will never be back in that store. Since I have seen from the other comments, nobody reads these or cares enough to respond, but I hope it can help someone else not make our mistake.

  Placed an order by accident and not even a full 2 min later the kid on the phone refused to refund the order because they "already made it". Sounds like they really just didn't want to have to deal with refunding the order. Pathetic.

  Ordered a footlong tuna sandwich on italian herbs & cheese online and when I got the sandwich it was ROCK hard and it was plain white bread (with a burn mark on the top even though it wasn’t meant to be toasted and was cold??) and they forgot my drink. When I went back to get it remade they told me they didn’t have any italian herb? So they just weren’t going to say anything and just decided to see if they could get away with plain bread? Could’ve very easily mentioned it or waited to make the order until I got there to ask if I would like something different. They also said the person who made the bread earlier that day made it hard? So that just means to serve it anyways unless they get a complaint even though they know it’s not the right quality? Just plain lazy. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn’t do a refund and it had to be done online but didn’t know the steps on how to get the refund??? Attitudes sucked too.
