  Messed up probably the easiest order ever ordered at subway. To the point, that it was 100% done on purpose. I ordered a Ham, turkey, cheese, mustard, mayo, and pickle sandwhich on Italian herbs and cheese. With a bag of REGULAR lays. I was missing ham, pickles, didn’t get the correct amount of cheese, got extremely hard bread that was probably out all day, and got a bag of baked lays instead of regular. The only thing good was a Diet Pepsi.

  I wasn’t feeling too well this morning and in fact, I felt really bad about life. So I decided to eat a healthy sub to help. J. Kue was my guy. Not all heroes wear capes, and for J, this was certainly him. He was a blessing in disguise and hell - even had his hat off to the side. I thought this was the end. By the time he turned around and started cutting bread it was all over. I’d started a laugh that I couldn’t control. He made beautiful food an experience I’ll never forget. I returned back to my car and I couldn’t remember the last time I cried and laughed at the same time so hard like I did. In a world so dark, J was my light. I really needed you. Thank you J. Kue

  After my dealing with the employee Memphis at the subway at 216 university after he refused to take my order due to him thinking I said please speak up I can’t hear you boy and just closed the lid when I got to the front the lady in front of me said you said nothing wrong and did not say boy Memphis then continued to argue saying what you say the first time over and over I then asked for the managers name and a number he refused to give it out Memphis did tell me his name was Brandon at first when I asked them when I called to asked for a number for corporate he said this is Memphis then I got to this location and the two gentlemen working were very polite and took great care of me and all the customers in line again thank you two the two gentlemen working the location of 1109 university we need more professional like y’all working.

  So JQ and Maddi were amazing in helping me as a disabled vet… my wife and I were beyond impressed of them going above and beyond. Such a great store! And not just as a customer, but also as a DoorDasher I’be been having a great experience. I’ll recommend this store to my friends.
