  Went in to place an order and waited for awhile before someone came out of the back. Never greeted me just asked what I needed. Told her I was getting several sandwiches. She asked how many and I told her 5. She then rolled her eyes as she was putting on her gloves. I told her I could go somewhere else. I work in the food industry and was trying to feed some of my staff that is helping with clean up for a new open. If this was my employee, they would be dismissed. Get out of food service if 5 orders bother you so much.

  Ive lived by this location for 30+ years. Last month at lunch the door was completely locked with people inside. Today a lady named Elena took our order but was completely rude to us, would recommend customer service training.

  Recently Subway at this location has gotten really bad. Went in yesterday and they were out of spinach and cucumbers, but neglected to say that or post it before ordering. Also on looking at other veggies, they just had a small amount of wilted lettuce and almost out of tomatoes. They have a new server every time we go, which is every week or two (we live close by and it’s convenient, but not that convenient). I wish I could say it’s better at other subway shops, but not so. I think maybe the owner of this franchise is not keeping up. Update. Yesterday we went (yeah), the veggie bar was completely stocked, but the server was brusque and acting like a server on a prison mess hall line. He just kind of tossed the ingredients on and didn’t arrange them across the sandwich. And again the bread wasn’t fresh. I guess you can’t have everything for the price of a sandwich at this location. Then he reminded us at the checkout that there was a tip box in front of the register and that was for him. Al ready had tip in hand and almost put it back in our wallet.

  Ordered thru the APP got to the location few minutes after order said it was ready & still waited over 20 min for my order not sure why the app says it ready when the sandwich maker pushed back my order over & over definitely would like to leave a negative review
