  They jacked up my home insurance a $950 more for next year. Same small house with nothing wrong. A 32% increase. Already over paid for the size of my house last year with them. Id recommend someone else.

  My husband and I recently spoke with Ebie, and the experience was unfortunately quite unprofessional. We requested a straightforward quote multiple times and were informed that the liability cost would be $1,300 for two vehicles. When we expressed that this was not even possible, she stated that she could not assist further and ended the conversation. Additionally, during the call, she repeatedly asked us questions but would then shift her attention to conversations with a coworker, which made the interaction feel inattentive and disorganized. We ended up having to do everything ourselves through the app.
