  Erica was absolutely fantastic. After having trouble with online customer service I boomered to the Fed Ex ship center near my office for help. She got me in touch with the right person for Fed Ex ground and I had my package in minutes. We need more people like her in customer service!

  You delivered a $3,000 refrigerated medication to the wrong address and after being assured that it would be picked up and brought to my home today, that didn't happen. Your delivery driver had to have tried to get this wrong for an address that is clearly marked. You do not interfere with a person's medical needs this way.

  4/15/26 Jennifer was superb when I came in which a shipping crisis. She was polite, professional & compassionate. I came in at 8:22 PM, they close at 8:30 PM. She talked me through all my choices as I had never sent something FedEx. At 70 years young, I have always been a Post Office shipper because it is familiar. Knowing the employees at FedEx are willing to go above & beyond in this time of automation & AI makes me happy there are humans willing to help. Thank you Jennifer.

  You should think since I ORDERED something and paid for 2 day delivery. its still sitting at yalls office. You would think it would be out for delivery first the the next day, but of course not.
