  Feel free to Googley address and let me know...I posted my address correct and had multiple items sent to the same address and yet FedEx told me I put the incorrect address???.. I did not.. and they will not speak to me.. hung up on once I stated that I will pick the package up myself....

  Walked and nobody is there. I waited a little while went back out and back in thinking it would alert sone one I was there. Nothing, so I nocked on the door going to the back office some one comes out and do you need help I said yes. He said she will be here in a few minutes you dont have bang on the door. Very rude tone obviously custermers aare niucance to them. The reason I was there? Because they delivered my package to the wrong address.

  Erica was absolutely fantastic. After having trouble with online customer service I boomered to the Fed Ex ship center near my office for help. She got me in touch with the right person for Fed Ex ground and I had my package in minutes. We need more people like her in customer service!

  You delivered a $3,000 refrigerated medication to the wrong address and after being assured that it would be picked up and brought to my home today, that didn't happen. Your delivery driver had to have tried to get this wrong for an address that is clearly marked. You do not interfere with a person's medical needs this way.
