  Id like to start off by saying, if you look through my review history... I talk alot of S#!+... I will rarely go out of my way to leave a positive review. Today is that day! My experience as a whole with Allstate since my accident (not my fault) has been a catastrophe. I've talked to at least a dozen different representatives all with the same result. Tons of frustration and zero answers. Unitl I crossed paths with one of Doug's sweet young ladies. She went above and beyond her call to make sure that I got the answers that I needed and couldn't get anywhere else through the Allstate automated system. I was anything but pleasant and she stuck it through and had my mood in a 180 with how she handled the situation. Professional, well spoken, & straight to the point. It is my opinion that YOLANDA is an absolute asset to this firm and she should be praised for her brand customer service. Give this woman a pay raise, a few days off, & a bronze statue in her likeness so the others know where the bar is set. Thanks you Yolonda, a thousand times over💪

  I've used the Townsend agency for 23 years. From my home to multiple cars and life insurance. I've been happy with my coverage and costs. The customer service is excellent. I love when you know the person you are talking with, not some 800 phone line agent.

  When it comes to exemplary customer service Kari McGrew with Townsend Agency-Allstate goes above and beyond. She recently resolved an issue in my favor. Which proves to me that Kari and this agency listen and value their clients. Thank you Kari for working for me.

  Staff is very easy to work with. Each year at renewal time they always try to get the best rate for my policies. Have been with Allstate for many yrs. They have the best rates compared to other insurance companies.
