  They will add markups and not tell you about it. I recently tried to add one phone to my plan for my son. They added on a charger, insurance, a phone upgrade, a plan upgrade, and a phone screen without asking and without telling me. They wouldn't print out a receipt for me. I got tricked because they told me that my monthly bill was being added to the phone activation so they could do it all in one transaction. Took over 2 hours in the store and on the phone with Cricket corporate to refund all the things I didn't ask for or want. Terrible service. Lies. They tried to tell me they couldn't process the refund because they were waiting for a manager and tried to get me to leave multiple times.

  Store has went downhill since that dude Johnathon left absolutely zero customer service skills and manager tried to charge me 3 activation fees wouldn't recommend miss when that guy was there
