  I received the best customer service from the manager Jennifer , she went above and beyond to help me fix my phone , and she even offered the payment options to help me get an upgraded phone as well , she was very informative about the 2 options available and if I had the necessary payments available I would've applied. I will be back to do an upgrade in a couple of months when I'm able to afford it or better yet apply for the payment option they have available. I did get a phone to add to my account so I can have a back up one available if my phone does decide to not work anymore. I highly recommend this location because Jennifer and her employee Carlos are nice engaging informative workers that go above and beyond for their customers that I witnessed.

  I was with Verizon and I work in a Warehouse and struggled to get connection or a service And now that I'm with Cricket, I have service everywhere. I am at either at home on the road or at work if you're at this specific location my man Carlos got me all fixed up with a new phone a sweet deal and great service especially Four warehouse workers

  Went in there with my son. Was not given a receipt and was charged for things I didn't even want. Also wanted internet and it was supposed to be $10 for first month and was charged the whole $40.Will never go to this location. Just make sure you know what your paying for.

  carlos was amazing! really fast, nice, and very helpful! 100/10
