Well, I had so much good things to talk about the sales rep Jonathan when I bought my iPhone 11 when I filled out the survey through text, when I purchased my phone, I bought an extra charger and also the tempered glass which he applied for me. It hasn’t been very long at least over two weeks and now the tempered glass looks like it wants to come off. I just finished calling him today 1/25/23 at 12:40 pm I was hoping he would replace the glass with no charge. However, he was quick to charge me for another one. Maybe I’m being picky however, in my line of work if we do the job and it’s not done correctly, we correct it without charging the customer I still love my phone just not very pleased with the tempered glass that I paid for which he installed for me, maybe I should’ve done it myself SMH
