  Our stay at the Best Western Plus Tech Medical Center in Lubbock was excellent. The room was spotless, and the bed gave us a great night's sleep. Checking in very late can sometimes be a hassle, but the staff here was incredibly welcoming and pleasant. Plus, they served a really good breakfast the next morning. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

  I have stayed at this hotel a few years ago and it was great, but this 2nd visit was a different story. The bed was the most uncomfortable mattresses I have ever slept on. The sheets were dirty. There was only decaf coffee in the room and the water pressure was so poor along with the shower head was something from the dollar store. When I went to check out I advised the young lady about the issues and she said, oh sorry but did not ask what room I was in so she could make note if it. when I left the hotel I called and a young lady answered the phone , I ask to speak to a manager and she told me she was a manager. I ask her if she was the one that was just at the front counter and she said yes. I proceeded to ask her how she was going to make note of everything I told her without knowing which room I came out of. She said oh what room was that . I eneded the conversation then.

  Stayed here with family this hotel isn’t as advertised our room actually had bed bugs and we requested to change rooms but a hotel with bed bugs typically means other rooms will have them as well. So just warning because they can get into your bags and go home with you if you aren’t aware of how bed bugs work they don’t just live in the beds they are in carpet, curtains and other areas so just treating the beds isn’t working clearly. They need to shut this disgusting place down until there isn’t a bed bug infestation in the hotel

  Hotel is best. He’s a great food great location, great excitement, but that was the best ever of my life.

  Two of us reserved a handicapped room for two nights. The front desk staff were professional and friendly. The room was absolutely spotless. The complimentary breakfast was exactly what all hotels serve, but the equipment was clean and each area well stocked. The attendant was readily available for patrons. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
