My elderly father went yesterday to get help with his voicemail and nobody could help him. I just googled it and figured it out. They can’t even help with basic stuff. Waste of time and waste of gas. You’re better off googling. They need to hire people who actually care and know what they are doing.

Thursday I rated 2 stars now I rate you all one star due to poor customer service, supervisor was unhelpful I had to go to another cricket in Brownsville get help, and I just switched two lines to cricket because we thought cricket would have better customer service
