  Absolutely insulting interaction with the older woman working the counter. Not sure what the issue was but it’s always disappointing being talked to like you’re ignorant and a personal inconvenience when you’re just trying to politely ask about a process. Ended up just going to a different drop-off location.

  I shipped an overnight package to the Kilgore College receiving center from my home town, unfortunately it did not end up at the correct address . Sadly the UPS store here was not much help. Mr. Jay and Ms. Becky at this Longview location were amazing. They did a whole bunch of detective work to help me locate my daughter’s package! Great folks!

  THEFT AT THIS STORE I had an Amazon return consisting of two doorknobs. I handed the doorknobs to an employee at this UPS Store and trusted that they could handle the very basic task of packaging the items and putting a shipping label on the package. I left before watching them do it. That was my mistake. Amazon later emailed me saying they received an EMPTY PACKAGE. Not that the package was damaged. Not that it had been opened in transit. Amazon specifically told me the returned items were never placed in the package. I handed those two doorknobs to an employee. Amazon received a package without the doorknobs. I believe someone at this UPS Store stole my return. The result is that I now have a strike against my Amazon account AND I am being charged for merchandise that I returned. My warning to every customer returning Amazon merchandise here: DO NOT WALK AWAY after handing over your item. Stay there until you personally see your merchandise placed inside the box or envelope, see it sealed, and see the mailing label attached. Get your receipt, and I would even recommend taking a picture of the sealed and labeled package before you leave. That's exactly what I will be doing from now on. I trusted this store to properly handle my return once I handed it over. I will never make that mistake again.
