I’ve visited this store for years and have always had good experiences. This past weekend, I went in to send two separate shipments. I was the only person at the counter, so there was no rush. The employee was not pleasant. I felt rushed to email my labels and ultimately it didn’t matter because this person used the same label for both shipments. Thankfully, I was able to resolve the issues, which is why I’m giving a 3-star review. I take responsibility for not checking the receipt before leaving the store, and will do so each time in the future. I was just surprised by the unfriendly experience.

The employees here work super hard to take care of each and every customer. No matter how busy they are; every one gets treated like they are number one. My only complaint would be the parking lot. It's not easy to get in the shopping center and even harder to get a park.

They cant deliver packages on time... Im sick of seeing a package will be delivered today then get it 2 to 3 days later. They also say "attempted Delivery" when they never did. Half the time have to end up picking up at the hallsville hub... WORST DELIVERY COMPANY IN THE U.S
