  The girl that helped me was SO sweet and cared about every one of my requests. I always feel like such a burden when I order subway because my order is really specific, but she did not mind at all and made it happen. I swear my sandwich tasted even better because it was made with love and care! It was perfect. I wish I caught her name, she was the only one working the front Thursday September 24, 2026 at 4pm. I don’t come to longview much, but when I do this will be the subway I go to! Give that girl a raise or a promotion because she cares. Lobby was also looking immaculate and clean.

  Ordered online with the app. Went to pick it up said pick up time was 4:50 PM. Get there and the store is empty except the employees. They weren't busy. Our order wasn't ready haven't even started it. Had to wait 30 min at the store to get our order. Won't ever buy from there again.

  Bathroom doors have no locks. Very uncomfortable. There were 2 servers 1 was super rude. The other was 10/10. But yeah no locks on the bathrooms was kinda terrible

  She was so rude and took her time I had 2 6inch subs and she only did one and acted like she didn't here me say 2 she just left the bread sit there. She wanted sooner to come help but there was only 2 of us in there. Then used her gloved hands at the register not even removing them I won't go back to that one
