  My parents have been with this company for many years. Their loyalty is due to the consistent, outstanding, and quality service they continually receive from month to month! If we have issues, they’re quickly resolved! Customer satisfaction is their only goal! I had the pleasure to have Rachel Maxwell assist me with after my father’s death and I must say, she was exceptional! She went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered, assisted in revamping the policy, and followed up through each process! Customer service is her forte and she truly deserves 5 stars for her service! Thank you for everything!

  The new agent, Ileannah has been fabulous. She has assisted with my vehicles and home insurance needs. She has been very patient in educating me about my policies and options. She has been prompt in returning my phone calls and answering my questions. She has always been very courteous and professional. She makes you feel like “we” are actually in this together!
