  I had a notary job in Longview and had to use this FedEx. The women running it were quick, efficient and very personable! Will use again if needed.

  We needed passport photos taken today. Dropped by earlier on a Sunday, was told we needed dark clothes, which ok. Drive 40 miles home, changed, got back to the store at 1545 and it was closed. Sign said closed at 1800. Other customers were waiting outside and we were all told it was closed. Apparently they operate on Mayberry hours. Don't trust it. Horrible service.

  I had a 120 pound robot mower to return. I boxed it up, loaded that 120 pound box in my truck, drove it to FedEx, unloaded from my truck, and brought it inside. They told me it was too big, and said it needed a scheduled pick up from my house. That just seems stupid to me. I already had it there. In their facility. I had to load it back in the truck, haul it back home, unload it, and call FedEx to schedule a home pickup the next day. SMH

  The staff are always friendly and very helpful! Really appreciate customer service and quick turn-around. The printing services is usually done before I have a chance to pick them up. The FedEx Longview team always has my best interest in mind when placing a out of normal order.
