  Great customer service. I came in during a busy time and there were three staff members helping people, all seemed friendly. The store manager was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about shipping an odd shaped package.

  Me and my wife sent something off that wait wait 4.5 lbs and it was $100 I will never go through them again because the post office it would have been $21 with a free box included that place is trash and they rob people. Will never go back there ever.

  I had a notary job in Longview and had to use this FedEx. The women running it were quick, efficient and very personable! Will use again if needed.

  We needed passport photos taken today. Dropped by earlier on a Sunday, was told we needed dark clothes, which ok. Drive 40 miles home, changed, got back to the store at 1545 and it was closed. Sign said closed at 1800. Other customers were waiting outside and we were all told it was closed. Apparently they operate on Mayberry hours. Don't trust it. Horrible service.
