  I went in for a case and came out with a new line. Maribel was a huge help throughout the entire process. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. I truly appreciate all of her help and would highly recommend working with her!

  the young lady with a boy haircut refused to let us pay our bill because she didn't like something my husband said (which he thought was funny) and then she had no integrity to just let us know she was refusing service instead made up a lie about cricket not allowing you to pay your bill until 3 days before service ends... we have been a cricket customer and on the same plan for 13 years but because she is judgmental, spiteful & hateful she made up lies about the company... She should not work in customer service!! You don't get to inconvenience loyal customers and refuse $ for the company you work for just because you didn't like something about the customer !! Cricket definitely needs to fire the girl that was working june 28th at 1pm
