  This store has the worst customer service! Short lady w short hair and another associate that didn’t even know what he was doing. They refused to help us. The girl stated they couldn’t help call 611 would not listen flat out said good bye have a good day. I had to travel to another store out my way and was promptly helped by a wonderful professional agent. Take tips Lockhart!! Will not return here.

  My husband went in today for help on his phone and , a employee named Lili or Lilly not sure how she spells it yelled at her coworker to not help him if he didn’t buy anything and said that if he doesn’t buy anything in store she would not be able to help him or speak to him he said the Other lady didn’t say nothing cause she was threatened by her coworker . AWFUL i’m switching my service and i will tell my friends to switch there services as well . How can employees treat there customers and coworkers like that . She shouldn’t work there at all what so ever .I really hope the store takes action on this . Imagine you go into a phone store to get help with your phone only for your service to be DENIED.

  Today we went in for home internet and Mari helped us very friendly great at her job this is the second time she helps us and both time we were treated with kindness and respect she has a great sense of humor great way to build connection with customers

  I went in for a case and came out with a new line. Maribel was a huge help throughout the entire process. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. I truly appreciate all of her help and would highly recommend working with her!
