  Advance Auto Parts was my last stop, having already tried O'Reilly, Auto Zone, and Walmart. Nicole was friendly, helpful, and expert. She even came out to the car to assess compatability of parts. We couldn't remove the rear wiper I was shopping for, but when I returned after having accomplished it at home, she helped me resolve the issue with a little human ingenuity.

  There are many auto part store choices in our town. Ive always chose Advance Auto, not because of the competitive quality, or prices. I chose Advance Auto because of the customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, eager to help, parts professionals. Then Wally left. I was sceptical about how things might change. Tada!! Nicole steps right up, super friendly, she knows her parts, she knows how to treat customers the right way. Very much appreciated. Thx Nicole. See you soon.

  No knowledge of parts for cars .he placed a wrong order for a mirror for the driver side.The he insisted it was the right one finally got my money back why hire people who doesn't know anything about ordering parts since when you measure a mirror and didn't want to go outside to make sure it was the right one..hire people with experience and knowledge. gaps around mirror.
