  Advance Auto Parts was my last stop, having already tried O'Reilly, Auto Zone, and Walmart. Nicole was friendly, helpful, and expert. She even came out to the car to assess compatability of parts. We couldn't remove the rear wiper I was shopping for, but when I returned after having accomplished it at home, she helped me resolve the issue with a little human ingenuity.

  There are many auto part store choices in our town. Ive always chose Advance Auto, not because of the competitive quality, or prices. I chose Advance Auto because of the customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, eager to help, parts professionals. Then Wally left. I was sceptical about how things might change. Tada!!
