    Thank you Wingstop for this location. I met Nathaniel today as front counter representative and he was amazing. Customer service was outstanding and amazing. He patiently waited for me to complete my order and I am so thankful for all what he has done today. I decided to dine In and eat my lunch and it was pleasant and nice. Thank you all so much.

    I placed an order online and realized I didn’t get all flats. I called within 3 minutes and the guy tells me he can’t do it because my order is already finished. I asked how and he said he already had wings cooked. I requested he drop my wings fresh and he told me no he couldn’t. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. I asked for his manager’s name and he refused to give it to me. He told me to call another store and ask them for it. This guy needs to be fired and not work in customer service because he is clearly rude. This is my first time ordering here and I advise everyone to go to the one on Teel because this store is unprofessional and ghetto. Will be contacting the owner. It’s been almost a week and they still haven’t refunded my money for the food I never received. I went there Friday and the manager on duty said he was going to have Darren do it but it hasn’t been done. This store needs a whole new team. It’s terrible.
