  I had a mobile order and I got a footlong turkey. I ate the first half of the sandwich and it was fine. I took a bite of the 2nd half and got a horrible chemical like taste. I took another bite and it was like that again. I visually inspected the sandwich and didn’t see anything, but am pretty sure that a cleaning solution or some chemical made its way into my sandwich. I’ve never tasted a flavor like that in my 52 years. I tried to handle this via the app with the chat bot but didn’t have 8 hours to spend dealing with my lunch.

  Had to ask multiple times to spread the meat and sauce properly. After he put the sauce on, he threw the knife back into the bin, and then took it back out to wipe the rest on my sandwich. Rude customer service.
