  Very strange experience here tonight. First time at this location. Like a previous review stated, when we walked in no one said anything to acknowledge us. The worker was in the middle of making a pick up order. So we just stood there, in silence and waited to be acknowledged. When the girl took our order she was very abrupt, cold and honestly just rude. Not sure what her problem was. For reference this is the girl with black hair, a snake tattoo and piercings. I get it, no one likes working, but at the same time no one is forcing her to be there. If you treat people with a bad attitude 9 times out of 10 you get met with a bad attitude back. Would not recommend this location. Customer service is pretty much nonexistent here.

  Shawna has made the service at this location great. It’s clear that she takes customer service seriously. After a couple of mid experiences I have just been very impressed and had to give kudos.

  I don’t know why they say it’s closed even when I come at 10:30 today on aug 7 2026, at lest update the times. Disappointing experience

  I can't give a full 5 stars because of the simple courtesy of acknowledging your customers. It takes 2 seconds to say "hi. I'll be right with you" instead of just outright ignoring the people that just walk through your door. Although they were working on the online orders, there was nobody else inside. I would have appreciated a simple acknowledgment rather than just standing there in silence watching them ignore you entirely. It's obvious the employees hate working.
