  Julian was exceeding excellence in customer service describing all of my requests so thourough that I understood the answers I was seeking by understanding them in so many different points of views it was so wonderful to learn so many different ways of understanding just one product if the way it runs its courses at my own descresssion I love his bubbly personality he deserves a raise!!:) thank you Julian he made my day closing the store having me smiling laughing all the way out of the door !best employee of cricket store i have ever met!!Sweetness!!!:) Heaven sent

  Sarah was awesome!!! We needed to add a line and get 2 e-sim swaps for 2 other phones. She got us connected and we were out the door in under 15 minutes. Phones are working great. If you need a new phone or cell service, hit up this Cricket store. They really know what they are doing.
