  Placed a takeout order 30 mins prior to arrival. Had to wait an additional 20 mins, only to be told my order was given to another customer by mistake. And my food was just being made, causing me to have to wait an additional 15-20 mins. Worst service ever.

  Food is usually late. Front register employee seems to be at her full potential. Usually more interested in her phone than calling the names/orders of the people waiting.
