  This is w/o a doubt the worse stores I've ever been to. The service was so poor, that I will leave it at that. They told me that we couldn't have turkey because it was for another order, only white bread no other , the vegetables they had jalepanoes, pickles and bell peppers nothing else ! Sorry I will never return to this store. To the owner do yourself a favor if this is the best you have on a Sunday close they are killing your business!

  This is the best Subway I’ve been in, maybe ever! It’s spotless and the food is amazing! It’s what Subway should and could be…it’s a shining light in the post-Jarred world where most Subways are falling by the wayside. This is a shining beacon of hope for the franchise… Hey, Subway corporate- I’m not sure what you’re paying the store manager, but she deserves double! …take care of her. She is the reason that store is even edible.

  Best Subway in the Lindale/Tyler area! Friendly customer service, fresh food, and the restaurant is always clean.

  Staff we're very rude and unprofessional to my spouse that ordered the food inside the restaurant. We chose the location at Hideaway because the other 2 locations in Lindale are inept. Apparently now the hideaway location is as well.
