  Katie went above and beyond my wildest expectations to help me out with getting my deceased sister's home re-insured. After working on the estate for weeks, I submitted pictures of the property for a new inspection, then returned home. After I was hundreds of miles away, the inspector requested that some items in the yard be removed. I had an elderly woman house-sitting, who was unable to move the items, so Katie and her husband came out to the property on her own time over the weekend and removed the items for me. I have never known of an insurance agent to go out of their way to do such a thing. I greatly appreciate Katie's commitment to her clients and highly recommend her to anyone in need of insurance.
