  I dropped things daily at UPS in Burnet, Texas. I had a package that Required a QR code. So I drove to this Liberty Hill location with another package also that I had and she wouldn’t take it like it was packaged. I returned them in what Amazon shipped them to me all the time. This one had my label over the top of the label that I received it with. And instead of suggesting what she could do for me, she told me that as a customer, I was wrong and didn’t read instructions and slapped a little plastic board in front of me. Very condescending and hateful and I, honestly, was hateful back. I will never go in there again and I know they don’t care. But just wanted to give you a heads up of what you expect in there. I am headed towards the other UPS office here in Liberty Hill just to see what the difference will be.

  Made my Amazon return process 10X easier than I’d thought it would be! Super friendly staff who immediately attended to me when I walked in.

  Girl behind the counter more interested in her phone instead of taking care of customers was rude and argumentative. She stated things that were not true and if she were to listen to the recordings on the UPS answering service when you call this stores number she would know. Just rude and customer service non existent. After another worker came out she went back to playing on her phone.

  I just took a rather large box to a UPS store in Liberty Hill TX. (#7495). As I awkwardly tried to get the box through the back door of my car, an employee came out of the store and asked if I needed help. I’ve been around for over 78 years, and I don’t believe anyone has ever come out of their store to offer help. I will forever remember Meadow’s generous offer. After inside the store, she facilitated my return in a matter of seconds. Not only was this location easy to find with ample parking space, but the facility itself was clean and well-organized. The door was an electric sliding glass door, making it very convenient when dealing with numerous and/or heavy packages. But the best quality of all was a caring staff. Thank you so much, Meadow, for your offer of assistance and being such a credit to your company.
