  I've been a customer for at least 10+ years as I rent a mailbox. Rick and his whole team are so friendly and always respectful to me and my husband and always greet us by our names. They are super helpful and help load my car with packages if I get a lot. I recently ordered three signs for my antique mall booths and ordered 500 business cards. Rick, Tex, and William, specifically, helped me and figure out the size I wanted and the type of medium to use for my purpose! They came out fantastic and I am extremely please so I can brand my business and be cohesive with my brand. I loved it and loved the attention to detail the whole team always provides to us! This location is awesome! Thank you Rick, Tex, America, William, Jonathan, and the rest of the team! You all are awesome! Here's a copy of the awesome sign they made for me!

  Very unprofessional staff who refused to help me at 6:10 PM when they close at 7:00 PM. They told me to go to another UPS store on Long Prairie! 3 employees standing around with no other customers in the store. Been coming here for 10 years several times a month. Time to take my business elsewhere.

  I went to this UPS location to print some documents, but the experience was disappointing. The staff(2 his panic ninas )on duty didn’t seem willing to assist and appeared impatient when I asked for help. As a customer, I expected at least basic guidance, especially since the printing process can be confusing if you’re not familiar with it. Overall, the service felt unhelpful and unwelcoming. I hope the store can improve customer support and provide clearer assistance in the future.
